Steps to recondition the cabinet:

  1. Clean the combustion chamber and heat exchanger tubes.
  2. Examine the furnace cabinet for any defects.
  3. Repair defects including the factory recommended method of swedging the heat exchanger tubes rather than welding the tubes.

Steps to recondition the burner:

  1. Completely disassemble the burner.
  2. Clean all the parts and the case.
  3. Flush and clean the pre-heater block.
  4. Install a burner service kit.
  5. Replace any defective parts.
  6. Test fire the burner.

Steps to recondition the pump:

  1. Clean the pump.
  2. Remove and clean the internal filter.
  3. Test the pum

All reconditioned units carry a one year parts warranty.
