- LEASING PROGRAMS -

• Any Business, Farm or Municipality is eligible.
• Minimum of 1 year's time in business and the President’s or Owner’s personal credit score must be clean and above 600. Owner may have to sign a personal guarantee.
• “Approvals” may require additional information such as proof of ownership and proof of location: business registration, tax return, or utility bill.
• Once approved, “Approvals” are good for 60 days.
• The equipment will be delivered and/or installed after all of the required paperwork has been received by the leasing company.
• At the time of delivery and/or installation Eco Logical Solutions will contact the leasing company and they will contact you to verify delivery and activate the lease.
• Barring problems with the equipment, Eco Logical Solutions is to be paid by the leasing company on your behalf, or paid in full by you within 48 hours of delivery and/or installation.
• All money paid during the “Same as Cash” period will be applied to the Pay-Off as long as the balance is paid in full before the “Same as Cash” anniversary. If the equipment has not been paid in full within the “Same as Cash” window, a 36 month lease will automatically begin as specified.
• You are responsible for any and all sales tax for the equipment.
• There is a $75.00 documentation fee payable to the lease company.
